Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital products in both Arabic and English, including UI elements, microcopy, and user help content.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure content aligns with the overall user experience.
- Conduct user research and testing to improve UX writing and localization efforts for Arabic and English audiences.
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice and style across all digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Create and maintain comprehensive UX writing guidelines for bilingual content.
- Translate, adapt, and localize copy for Arabic and English users, ensuring cultural relevance.
- Identify gaps in bilingual content across the user journey for clarity and accessibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends in UX writing and localization to enhance user experiences.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, UX, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX writer with expertise in bilingual (Arabic/English) content creation.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset to use data and user feedback for content improvement.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software for UX writing and content management.
- Background in the fintech or financial services industry is preferred.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential.
