As an Arabic/English UX Writer, you will be responsible for developing clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital products, including user interface elements, microcopy, and user help content. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure that content aligns with the user experience and regional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging digital product copy in both Arabic and English.
- Conduct user research and testing to understand diverse audience behaviors and preferences.
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all digital touchpoints.
- Create and maintain UX writing guidelines for bilingual content.
- Translate and localise content, ensuring cultural relevance and accessibility.
- Identify and address gaps in bilingual content throughout the user journey.
- Stay updated on industry trends in UX writing and localization.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, UX, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a UX writer with expertise in bilingual (Arabic/English) content creation.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, content strategy, and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant tools for UX writing and content management.
- Experience in fintech or financial services is preferred.
