About the Role
The objective of this role is to lead the end-to-end requirement definition, backlog management, and feature delivery for the self-service API Developer Portal, aimed at streamlining partner onboarding for distribution channels including government super-apps (like DubaiNow and TAMM) and financial institutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Define functional requirements and user stories for core data APIs, including Credit Score, Credit Report, and Configurable Reports, as well as for developer lifecycle stages such as Browse, Register, Sandbox Integration, Qualify, Bill, and Support.
• Manage product backlogs across 14 Agile sprints (following discovery) using JIRA, Confluence, and MoSCoW prioritization techniques.
• Align stakeholder needs across various teams including ECB Customer Experience (CX), Technology Delivery, Technology Operations, and third-party partner integration teams.
• Oversee technical workflows that include MuleSoft Anypoint, Azure API Management, Azure AD B2C authentication, UAE Pass consent integration, and MS Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP billing processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to UAE Data Residency mandates and comply with enterprise security policies, including OAuth2, JWT, and Azure Key Vault.

Desired Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in Fintech or Banking technical product management.
• Expertise in RESTful APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and strong experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
