Manage end-to-end delivery of Pega implementation, enhancement, migration, and integration projects. Define project scope, objectives, delivery plans, milestones, resource requirements, and project schedules. Lead project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource allocation, and capacity management. Track project progress against timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality benchmarks. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks. Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience managing end-to-end IT application development and delivery projects.
- Experience with Pega-based projects, including implementation, enhancement, integration, or platform migration.
- Strong project planning, estimation, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, client communication, and escalation management capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and project delivery governance.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and project documentation.
- Ability to coordinate technical teams and translate business objectives into delivery plans.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
- Banking and financial services domain experience.
- Experience with Pega Customer Service, Pega Customer Decision Hub, BPM, or workflow automation projects.
- Understanding of Pega architecture, case management, integrations, and application development.
- Experience managing large, distributed, multi-vendor, or geographically dispersed teams.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10–15+ years of overall IT experience, including significant project management and delivery leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex enterprise technology projects.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
