Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, FSM, CSM, GRC, and ITOM.
- Oversee the strategic portfolio management within ServiceNow to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow to optimize workflows and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow solutions with existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow implementations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations and processes.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of ServiceNow environments to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage ServiceNow upgrades and patches to maintain system integrity and functionality.
- Support the finance and accounting teams by integrating ServiceNow solutions to streamline operations.
- Drive innovation in the automotive industry through tailored ServiceNow applications.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the benefits of ServiceNow solutions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ServiceNow implementations and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to enhance overall efficiency.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve any issues related to ServiceNow modules.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications:
- Must have extensive experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management, ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, FSM, CSM, GRC, and ITOM.
- Should possess strong domain skills in Finance & Accounting and the Automotive Industry.
- Must have a proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.
- Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications Required:
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
