Architectural BIM Modeler

About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate architectural BIM models using Revit, tailored to meet specific project requirements and design inputs. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and various project stakeholders to ensure effective design coordination and the creation of clash-free models. Your expertise will be vital in preparing detailed drawings, shop drawings, and documentation derived from BIM models, as well as updating and revising these models based on design changes, client feedback, and site conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models using Revit based on project requirements and design inputs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure design coordination and clash-free models.
• Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and documentation from BIM models.
• Update and revise models based on design changes, client feedback, and site conditions.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, company guidelines, and project specifications.
• Support project teams with visualization, 3D presentations, and model-based deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure proper version control of models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, Level of Development (LOD) standards, and coordination processes.
• Experience in UAE projects and familiarity with local authority standards is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar coordination tools.
• Understanding of construction and architectural detailing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
