About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of architectural drawings, including shop drawings, working drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built drawings. You will develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and architectural details, ensuring that all drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications and local requirements. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams, to create and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Your attention to detail will be crucial in identifying discrepancies and design issues, as well as in incorporating feedback from clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural shop drawings, working drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and architectural details.
- Prepare door/window schedules, finish layouts, ceiling plans, and other architectural drawings.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP services.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies, clashes, and design issues.
- Incorporate consultant/client comments and revise drawings accordingly.
- Prepare RFI drawings and technical details when required.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Prepare accurate drawings based on site measurements and actual site conditions.
- Assist the site team with drawing-related technical clarifications.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions, documentation, and submission records.
- Ensure drawings comply with approved designs, project specifications, and applicable UAE requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Good understanding of architectural construction drawings and detailing.
- Experience with high-rise buildings, villas, commercial, and residential projects.
- Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- UAE/Gulf experience preferred.
