Responsibilities
- Execute all maintenance jobs assigned to contractors related to mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation in accordance with company standards.
- Regularly report maintenance execution progress in the CMMS system for SATORP’s Plant.
- Provide necessary support to the planning and scheduling supervisor.
- Assist the company reliability department in conducting bad actor analysis.
- Prepare weekly reports and engage in discussions during Maintenance meetings.
- Manage daily site activities efficiently.
- Enhance personnel knowledge through job-specific training in coordination with the Head of HR.
- Ensure adherence to all safety requirements during the execution phase of jobs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 20 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a High School diploma.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a Diploma.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Comprehensive knowledge of refining equipment, piloting of maintenance contracts, and safety regulations.
- Well-organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities in large organizations.
- Demonstrates maturity of judgment under pressure and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic thinker, open to new ideas.
- Ability to achieve business results while working in a multi-cultural environment.
