Area Manager

Amazon Now operations is looking for an experienced Area Manager with a strong record of achieving results. We are seeking a Manager to join the team that redefines fast delivery, assists in building and running this new service for our customers, and oversees 3P Store Operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll learn about the complexity of operations at a global business and what it takes to make everything run seamlessly.

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to ensure quality, productivity, and SLAs are consistently high, meeting business objectives across all shifts
• Support and lead a team, handling administrative work while building and supporting a strong team culture
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and enhance customer experience
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes
