As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling the company's suite of non-invasive monitoring solutions to hospitals and health systems within an assigned area. This position reports to the Area Vice President and is part of the Sales team located in Dubai, offering a remote work arrangement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and execute quarterly territory business plans including the efficient identification and qualification of new customers, as well as increasing sales penetration in existing customers;
- Establish clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, review of scientific literature, executive meetings, and product demonstrations and evaluations;
- Develop, administer, monitor, and report on specific account sales strategies, in order to achieve quarterly sales objectives.
Essential Requirements
- Three or more years of documented success in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, preferably with products sold in the Operating Room;
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills;
- Effective presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex and key concepts to multiple types of decision-makers;
- Highly organized with both a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize;
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
