Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We have an immediate vacancy for an AI & Emerging Technology Academy Program Lead professional with 8+ years of experience at Synechron. The ideal candidate will lead the development and operation of our AI & Emerging Technology Academy. This role involves a strong blend of consulting expertise and training program development experience to design, deliver, and scale impactful learning initiatives in AI, data science, and emerging technologies.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the AI & Emerging Technology Academy.
• Design and implement world-class training programs, workshops, and certifications in AI, data science, IoT, blockchain, and related domains.
• Provide expert consulting to internal and external stakeholders on AI adoption, emerging tech trends, and capability building.
• Build partnerships with academic institutions, technology providers, and industry experts to enhance program offerings.
• Oversee curriculum development, instructional design, and quality assurance of training content.
• Measure learning impact and continuously improve program effectiveness.
• Manage budgets, resources, and faculty/trainer engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field; PhD preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, innovation, or capability building.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs in emerging technologies.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, data analytics, and digital transformation trends.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with government or large enterprise training initiatives is a plus.
