Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the AI & Emerging Technology Academy.
- Design and implement world-class training programs, workshops, and certifications in AI, data science, IoT, blockchain, and related domains.
- Provide expert consulting to internal and external stakeholders on AI adoption, emerging tech trends, and capability building.
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, technology providers, and industry experts to enhance program offerings.
- Oversee curriculum development, instructional design, and quality assurance of training content.
- Measure learning impact and continuously improve program effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, resources, and faculty/trainer engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, innovation, or capability building.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs in emerging technologies.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, data analytics, and digital transformation trends.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with government or large enterprise training initiatives is a plus.
