As an ASP.NET Operations Engineer / Support Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting ASP.NET applications in production and staging environments. Your role involves solving tickets, troubleshooting application issues, managing deployment pipelines, and collaborating with various teams to ensure application stability and performance. You will also be required to perform root cause analysis on outages, automate tasks, and ensure high availability and security of the applications. Incident management and proactive monitoring will be key aspects of your daily responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in an operations/support role working with ASP.NET applications.
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET (Web Forms/MVC/Core), IIS, and .NET Framework.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with SQL Server: writing queries, performance tuning, and backups.
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, or similar.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management.
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Application Insights).
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure Administrator, MCSD) are an advantage.
