Responsibilities

  • Communicates effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders while ensuring collaboration and information sharing across projects.
  • Develops and applies knowledge of ISO 19650 and relevant client standards, ensuring compliance with information management requirements.
  • Ensures information security protocols are followed and supports governance, assurance, and quality control processes, including QA/QC reviews of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
  • Understands information authoring fundamentals and delivers work in accordance with the company processes, procedures, and information management assignment responsibilities.
  • Reviews existing technologies, researches emerging BIM solutions, and supports continuous improvement of digital delivery processes.
  • Provides construction sequencing strategies using information models and supports the assurance and validation of information models throughout project delivery.
  • Assists in the development of object libraries, information standards, methods, procedures, and shared BIM resources aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Collaborates with project, design, and cost management teams to support cost planning, procedural compliance, and the achievement of net-zero carbon objectives through proactive carbon management.

Requirements

  • Holds a Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Includes A Levels, AS Levels, and International Baccalaureate qualifications.
  • Covers Advanced Apprenticeships and T Levels.
