About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, preventative maintenance, and recommendation of replacement for various tools, appliances, and equipment. Responsibilities include managing calibration of controls, gauges, and meters, identifying and operating all shut-off valves, and managing inventory by ordering, marking, and stocking parts and supplies as needed. You will also maintain logs for purchase orders and inspect tools, equipment, or machines while utilizing computers to enter and locate work-related information. Additionally, you will operate power lifts as required.

Responsibilities
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees, serving as a role model.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety and security standards; report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and injuries, and complete necessary safety training and certifications.
- Ensure proper storage of flammable materials and maintain a professional appearance.
- Address guests’ service needs proactively and communicate clearly and professionally in both speaking and writing.
- Foster positive working relationships and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
- Ensure quality expectations and standards are met, while identifying and recommending improvements for efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost-savings.
- Perform physical tasks, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 75 pounds without assistance, as well as managing stairs and various surfaces.
- Engage in other job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- Related Work Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in a related field.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
Required Qualifications
- License or Certification: Valid Driver's License.
