About the Role
The role involves creating or visualizing designs and producing them using computer-aided design (CAD) software. It requires a strong understanding of design coupled with technical expertise, enabling the designer to conceptualize and realize collections that resonate with current trends.

Responsibilities

• Create or visualize ideas and produce designs using CAD tools.
• Be well-versed in the latest design software, such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Stay current with emerging fashion trends and general trends regarding fabrics, colors, and shapes.
• Plan and develop product ranges in alignment with market demands.
• Collaborate with buyers and forecasters to develop products that meet specific briefs.
• Liaise closely with buying and planning teams to ensure products align with customer needs, market expectations, and price points.
• Understand design from a technical perspective to aid in the production process.
• Exhibit readiness to multitask and maintain a proactive approach in all responsibilities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with design tools like Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and the ability to translate them into viable product designs.
