Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs, market trends, business value, and technological enablers to define, build, and run journeys that deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to achieve sustainable cost savings and operational efficiencies through standardization, automation, and effective journey design.
- Collaborate with delivery teams, architects, and engineering to strengthen the development and resilience of underlying platforms.
- Manage cross-reporting with digital channel and customer experience teams to foster improvements aligned with business outcome leads.
- Partner with product managers to create leading customer journeys and define roadmaps that meet business objectives in consultation with distribution and risk stewards.
- Oversee the development of user stories and collaborate with product design and copy teams to create features and experiences adhering to design principles and customer experience objectives.
- Drive cross-reporting and alignment with digital channels and customer experience teams to execute improvements effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, and design thinking across operations and technology-focused projects.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence is advantageous.
- Team player with high energy, capable of managing conflicts and fostering relationships.
- Deep understanding of customer needs, complemented by an inquisitive mindset to anticipate future trends.
- Strong desire and ability to learn and adapt, demonstrating robust business acumen.
