About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Assistant Finance Manager to join our Dubai team, offering an opportunity to work across group accounting, financial reporting, international finance, and wider commercial operations. Reporting to the Head of Finance & Business Operations, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, the founders, and external accountants, helping manage the Group’s finances across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
This role goes beyond traditional accounting. Alongside core financial responsibilities, you’ll gain exposure to investment analysis, private financial affairs, taxation, payroll, business strategy, and commercial decision-making. It’s a varied position for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and getting involved in the wider business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing multi-entity accounting, month end, year end, and group consolidation.
  • Preparing management accounts, financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Working with senior stakeholders and the founders on financial analysis, investment-related matters, and commercial decisions.
  • Coordinating accounting, tax, payroll, and regulatory requirements across UK and EU entities.
  • Managing external accountants and professional service providers across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Overseeing commission and revenue recognition, alongside reporting on business performance and financial trends.
  • Supporting wider Group projects, including business licensing, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and property-related matters.
  • Taking ownership of ad hoc financial and operational projects as business priorities evolve.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in multi-entity accounting and group consolidation.
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions, ideally including UK and EU entities.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and commercial analysis.
  • Familiarity with taxation, payroll, and regulatory requirements, including coordinating external providers.
  • Understanding of commission and revenue recognition, ideally within financial services, brokerage, or a similar commercial environment.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and supporting business and investment decisions.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership beyond a traditional finance remit.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to step into a broad finance role with visibility across the Group, direct exposure to senior leadership and the founders, and involvement in both financial management and wider business decisions. You’ll have the scope to contribute beyond the numbers, helping improve financial processes, support commercial strategy, and work across a varied range of international and business-related matters. If you’re technically strong, commercially curious, and enjoy an environment where no two days are quite the same, we’d love to hear from you.
