The Assistant Information Manager supports the effective management of information related to entertainment projects, ensures accuracy and accessibility of documents, and assists in the administration of the Common Data Environment (CDE). This position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in document control and information management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Information & Document Control Operations: Support the Document Control Manager in maintaining the CDE/EDMS, administer document control workflows, and ensure the accuracy of registrations and distributions.

  • Standards, Procedures & Quality Assurance: Enforce information management standards, perform quality checks on documentation, and assist with audits and compliance reviews.

  • System Administration & Configuration: Act as a key user for EDMS/CDE platforms, manage user permissions, and monitor system performance.

  • Stakeholder Support & Coordination: Provide support to project managers and teams, coordinate document submissions, and ensure timely availability of critical documents.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Produce reports on document volumes, compliance with workflows, and support KPI reporting.

  • Training, Guidance & Continuous Improvement: Conduct training for users, develop reference materials, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in document control or information management.
  • Experience with EDMS/CDE platforms and structured document control processes.
  • Strong knowledge of document control principles and information lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in office tools and familiarity with ISO standards related to information management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on service and reliability.
