Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of all hotel technology systems, networks, hardware, and software.
  • Assisting with the pre-opening setup, installation, testing, and commissioning of IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hotel colleagues and departments.
  • Monitoring system performance and ensuring minimal downtime across hotel operations.
  • Supporting cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with corporate IT policies and standards.
  • Managing user accounts, system access, and IT asset inventories.
  • Assisting with vendor coordination, system upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Supporting hotel systems including PMS, POS, IPTV, telephony, Wi-Fi, and back-office applications.
  • Maintaining accurate IT documentation, records, and backup procedures.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

What We Need from You

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant IT experience, including experience in an IT supervisory or specialist role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of networking, server administration, cybersecurity, and IT support services.
  • Experience with hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and other hospitality applications is an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
