Position

The company is seeking an exceptionally talented Assistant Integration Manager - Saudi National to support the delivery of end-to-end systems integration across various technology domains, including Network Management Systems (NMS), Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), Building Management Systems (BMS/SCADA), GIS, ERP/Finance, ITSM, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). In this integrated client–PMC environment, your responsibilities will include interface management, technical coordination, testing, operational readiness, and governance for a significant program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager of Utilities and Integration Manager in delivering integration activities across enterprise and operational technology platforms.
  • Maintain Interface Registers and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams for integration activities.
  • Facilitate integration meetings and track issues and dependencies.
  • Develop integration specifications and technical documentation based on business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct process mapping activities, define non-functional requirements, and support API governance.
  • Prepare for and support various integration testing activities (SIT, UAT, FAT, SAT, IST).
  • Maintain integration health metrics and coordinate with operational teams to investigate incidents.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in ICT, systems integration, or related environments.
  • Strong experience in managing system interfaces and technical coordination across teams.
  • Proficient in integration technologies and protocols (e.g., REST/SOAP, MQ, SFTP).
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Professional certifications in ITIL, API Integration, Cybersecurity, or Project Management.
  • Experience in smart city or digital infrastructure programs.
  • Knowledge of documentation and cybersecurity standards.
