In this position, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer software and systems. Your responsibilities will include providing technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business challenges, analyzing, recommending, and implementing process improvements, and managing the operations of telecommunications activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, modify, support, manage, and maintain applications programs and user accounts.
  • Enter commands and activate controls on computer and peripheral equipment to ensure the effective integration and operation of equipment.
  • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken.
  • Train or instruct users on the proper usage of hardware and software.
  • Manage and coordinate planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation for telecommunications activities, including client/server support and strategic planning.
  • Consult and advise on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods.
  • Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating, and coaching employees while serving as a role model and point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
  • Foster relationships within the team and support common goals, listening and responding to the concerns of other employees.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, protecting company assets and ensuring quality expectations are met.
  • Handle logistical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
  • License or Certification: None required.
