About the Role
In this role, you will report to the Director of Finance and be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the IT department. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless technical support and system uptime across all hotel operations while working closely with the Regional IT Team for brand-related compliance and system updates. Your dedication will safeguard the guest experience, as you serve as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Department Leadership: Lead and manage the daily operations of the IT department.
- Incident & Guest Support: Act as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues reported by team members and guests, resolving these issues promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct regular checks, routine preventive maintenance, and hands-on troubleshooting across all IT infrastructure, network systems, and hospitality software.
- Asset & Compliance Tracking: Ensure thorough, accurate records and inventory of all hardware, software licenses, manuals, and IT assets to achieve full compliance and audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- 2–3 years of IT experience within the hospitality industry, with hands-on exposure to PMS (OPERA Cloud), POS (MICROS Simphony Cloud), Aruba networking, and PBX systems.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Capacity to work independently while also providing support and working closely with the IT Coordinator.
