About the Role
In this position, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer software and systems while providing technical guidance and recommendations to address business challenges. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, recommending, and implementing process improvements, as well as managing and maintaining applications programs and user accounts. You will also ensure that hardware and software usage is understood and executed correctly by training users accordingly. Your role involves coordinating planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation of telecommunications activities, with an emphasis on client/server support and strategic planning. Additionally, you will consult with others on administrative policies, technical issues, and priority management related to telecommunications.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, modify, support, manage, and maintain applications programs and user accounts.
- Enter commands and activate controls on computer and peripheral equipment to integrate and operate equipment.
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, remedial actions taken, and installation activities.
- Train or instruct users in the proper use of hardware and software.
- Manage and coordinate telecommunications activities, including client/server support.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others to support team goals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for asset protection.
- Utilize computers/Point of Sale (POS) systems to enter and locate information.
- Lift, carry, and move objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
- License or Certification: None required.
