Your technical assessment duties will involve coordinating with internal design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure the proposed developments are feasible and meet client requirements. You will also assist in negotiating contracts, including lease terms and project scopes, collaborating with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Effective communication and coordination among stakeholders are vital as you prepare project trackers, status reports, and presentation materials to keep everyone informed. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Additionally, you will support business development by contributing to client engagement and deal structuring processes, including preparing customized BTS proposals. You will also manage the PMO function, implementing best practices and tracking existing and new projects against business goals.
