As a Procurement professional, you will leverage your analytical skills to enhance our clients’ global business performance. You will work as part of a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client service and assist leading organizations in improving their procurement and sourcing capabilities.

Our Supply Chain & Operations – Procurement team specializes in the following areas:

  • Spend Management – cost optimization, category management, strategic sourcing
  • Procurement Operating Model Transformation
  • Procurement Digitization
  • Procurement Operations
  • ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your experience to generate innovative commercial insights for clients.
  • Adapt methodologies and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and enhance operational efficiency in projects and internal initiatives.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Strong background in Procurement projects from either industry or consulting.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a tier 1 consultancy.
  • Outstanding academic record, minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience and passion for digital solutions, operating model development, third-party spend management, ESG, or supply chain solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial flair with the capability to identify business opportunities.
  • Arabic speaking and reading is an advantage but not essential.

  • Analytical mindset, change mindset, continuous learning mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
