In this role, you will plan and manage end-to-end operational audits, ensuring thorough risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting. You will supervise and review the work of junior team members, maintaining quality and consistency throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include performing process walkthroughs, evaluating internal controls, and identifying any gaps or inefficiencies within the organization.
You will draft audit reports highlighting key findings, root causes, and actionable recommendations. Engaging with various business units to discuss your observations will be critical, as you will work together to agree on practical action plans. It will be your responsibility to monitor the implementation of corrective actions and validate the closure of findings.
Additionally, you will support the development of the annual risk-based audit plan by conducting data and trend analysis. Your contribution to enhancing internal audit methodologies and knowledge sharing within the team will foster a culture of continuous improvement. It's essential to ensure that all audits comply with the Global Internal Audit Standards (2025) and fulfill departmental quality requirements.
Responsibilities

- Draft audit reports highlighting key findings, root causes, and actionable recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, or Lean Six Sigma required or in final stages of completion.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Proactive and organized, with strong project management capability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of internal audit methodology, including planning, testing, and reporting phases.
- Proficient in risk-based auditing and control design assessment.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop value-added recommendations.
- Experience in supervising audits and reviewing working papers for accuracy and completeness.
