Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, specifically in roles like IAM Associate, Consultant, or SailPoint IIQ Consultant.
- Certifications:
- SailPoint IIQ (Associate/Professional/Engineer/Architect)
- CyberArk (Trustee/Defender/Sentry/Guardian)
- Additional recognized technical certifications such as Oracle, Azure AD, or similar.
- Optional: CISSP, CISM, SC-300, Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS).
- Skills in leading IAM design and execution across various platforms (SailPoint, AAD, OKTA).
- Hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration solutions and PAM solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Support installation, integration, and maintenance of IAM/CIAM/PAM products such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk.
- Deliver and manage major IAM programs, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
- Provide post-implementation support and regular system maintenance, requiring occasional evening and weekend support.
- Engage with clients and collaborate with on-site and offshore delivery teams for effective project execution.
- Lead project management meetings and develop comprehensive documentation regarding IAM processes.
- Conduct onsite knowledge transfer and training sessions for end users.
- Monitor user activity and ensure continuous access control management.
- Provide subject matter recommendations for leading IAM products.
- Support Thought Leadership and Webinar initiatives for Identity and Access Management.
