Requirements

ISA62443 L1/L2 certification is mandatory.
Strong execution skills and technical knowledge in OT/ICS and IoT architecture.
Proven experience managing clients with deep technical expertise across OT security platforms.
Experience with leading RFPs, proposals, and business development activities.
Familiarity with OT Security standards such as IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and NCSC/CPNI SICS Framework.
Knowledge of OT security solutions (e.g., Nozomi, Clarity) and protocols such as Modbus, TCP, and HART.
Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing of OT networks, as well as application security testing for SCADA applications.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects within the cyber defense security business.
Expand the business, projects, and team, adhering to firm’s risk management guidelines.
Excellent written and communication skills are essential.
Flexibility to travel as required.
