Assistant Manager-Cyber (Operational Technology)

The role requires a focus on Operational Technology (OT) security, where the Assistant Manager will leverage 5+ to 8 years of experience in OT security along with a solid cyber security background. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, with English proficiency required and Arabic preferred.

Requirements

• ISA62443 L1/L2 certification is mandatory.
• Strong execution skills and technical knowledge in OT/ICS and IoT architecture.
• Proven experience managing clients with deep technical expertise across OT security platforms.
• Experience with leading RFPs, proposals, and business development activities.
• Familiarity with OT Security standards such as IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and NCSC/CPNI SICS Framework.
• Knowledge of OT security solutions (e.g., Nozomi, Clarity) and protocols such as Modbus, TCP, and HART.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing of OT networks, as well as application security testing for SCADA applications.

• Lead and manage projects within the cyber defense security business.
• Expand the business, projects, and team, adhering to firm’s risk management guidelines.
• Excellent written and communication skills are essential.
