Assistant Manager, Cyber Org Alignment and Compliance (UAE National ONLY)

The Information Security Cyber Organization Alignment and Compliance position centers on aligning information security practices with the company's risk management strategy, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks. This role drives Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives to enhance the company's security posture while ensuring compliance with regulatory and business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Identifying, assessing, and managing information security risks.
• Performing risk trend analysis and reporting.
• Developing and maintaining processes for managing policy exceptions, ensuring proper documentation and approval workflows.
• Driving risk assessments to evaluate the potential impact of policy exceptions on compliance and security.
• Monitoring granted exceptions for compliance and effectiveness.
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive service catalog that reflects ISG services and aligns with business needs.

Location: United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6–8 years of total professional experience, with 4–6 years dedicated to Information Security GRC.
• Familiarity with information security technologies, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PDPL).
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency in security tools and technologies.
