Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and merge security-related data from multiple sources and international entities.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reporting platforms.
- Develop and maintain security performance dashboards, MIS reports, and KPIs.
- Provide timely and reliable data visualization for leadership and operational teams.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Benchmark the company’s physical security performance against international and industry standards.
- Identify best practices and improvement areas to enhance the unit’s global position.
- Coordinate with international teams to align reporting and performance measurement standards.
- Track and analyze financial data pertaining to the Physical Security unit, including budget utilization and contract expenditures.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Security-related qualifications are preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance management, preferably in security, banking, or risk management.
- Experience with dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel), data visualization, and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (advanced), and other data visualization or reporting tools.
- Knowledge of performance metrics in security is preferred.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
