As an Assistant Manager in Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) within Assurance, you will assist clients in addressing accounting and financial reporting challenges. This role is part of the Data & AI team and focuses on advisory services in AI Engineering and Generative AI (GenAI). You will design, build, and operationalize scalable AI solutions using modern MLOps pipelines and cloud-native technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to two projects alongside senior business leaders.
- Define AI-driven FAAS strategies that address risk and maximize value from emerging technologies.
- Help clients realize business value through AI use-cases, including LLMs and MLOps implementation.
- Ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor engagement team performance against budgets and evaluate emerging AI trends.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with approximately 4 to 5 years of related work experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years in a global consulting firm.
- Practical experience in AI and ML development, including proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with building and fine-tuning LLMs, designing MLOps pipelines, and exposing to GenAI use cases.
- Domain knowledge in Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, or Telecom.
- Knowledge of data privacy and responsible AI principles.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GenAI tooling ecosystems (e.g., Azure OpenAI).
- Fluency in the Arabic language.
