Assistant Manager - Digital FAAS - Data & AI

As an Assistant Manager in Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) within the Assurance division at EY, you will play a critical role in addressing complex accounting and financial reporting challenges for clients. You will collaborate with a team that leverages AI and data analytics to enhance decision-making processes and innovation within the finance function.

In this position, you will be part of the Data & AI team, providing advisory services centered on AI Engineering and Generative AI (GenAI). Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable AI solutions using modern MLOps pipelines and cloud technologies, while working closely with data scientists and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects alongside senior leaders to define AI-driven FAAS strategies that maximize value from emerging technologies.
• Help clients realize business value through AI use-cases such as LLMs and GenAI applications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and effective execution of the FAAS service delivery framework.
• Monitor engagement team performance against project budgets and stay updated on emerging AI trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with approximately 4 to 5 years of related work experience.
• At least 5+ years of experience in a global consulting firm.
• Practical knowledge in AI and ML development, including proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Hands-on experience in building and fine-tuning LLMs, and designing MLOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI-related ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
• Fluency in the Arabic language is preferred.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position based in Dubai.
• On-site work with occasional travel to support MENA client engagements as required.
