Assistant Manager-Digital Transformation-CIBG OPS

This role involves leading the successful implementation of Enhancements and Transformation initiatives across various platforms including OBDX, OBPAY, OBVAM, and OBLM, as well as the Mind Gate application. The Assistant Manager will identify strategies to reduce costs by enhancing operational efficiency and fostering innovation. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders such as Technology and Product teams to ensure the seamless implementation of Enhancements, reviewing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for submission to senior management, identifying critical defects for timely escalation, and supporting Project Management for various CIBG Operations Automation initiatives.
