Assistant Manager - Finance (MIS)

About the Role
In this role, you will lead the maintenance of Group MIS systems while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across the organization. You will oversee all data management for various management reporting tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance of Group MIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across all levels of the organization.
• Oversee all data management for ER / Ofin / Power BI / Cognos for various Management Reporting.
• Collaborate with cross brands on Cognos Projection for smooth closure of Projection activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design reports, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Oversee data consolidation from various sources, perform data analysis, and generate insightful reports to support business performance evaluation and planning.
• Provide training and support to end-users on MIS/Cognos/Excel/Power BI tools and processes, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
• Monitor and analyse key retail KPIs, delivering actionable insights to support business performance.

Qualifications

• MBA Finance & B.Com
• 5-7 Years in Retail (Finance)
• Advanced Excel/Power BI Skills
