About the Role
You will assist in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, including resolution and follow-up. This role involves supporting management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources (HR) issues, as well as monitoring all hiring and recruitment processes to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, along with company policies and standards. You will be responsible for informing HR management of any issues related to employee relations and responding to questions, requests, and concerns from both employees and management regarding company and HR programs, policies, and guidelines. Additionally, you will disseminate information related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs. You will also review and ensure the accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I-9s) and assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys. Duties include answering phone calls and recording messages.

Responsibilities
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None required.
