Responsibilities include preparing for and conducting training sessions, ensuring departments comply with safety training and orientation standards, and maintaining a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with management to discuss recruitment and training needs.
  • Develop learning strategies based on Needs Assessments.
  • Design, develop, and produce various training materials.
  • Prepare classrooms for training sessions, including material setup and breakdown.
  • Deliver stand-up training for employee groups.
  • Monitor departmental safety training and orientation compliance.
  • Assist management with hiring, training, and evaluation processes.
  • Follow all company, safety, and security policies; report accidents or unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain personal and professional appearance standards.
  • Communicate professionally, both in person and over the phone.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with team members and guests.
  • Ensure quality standards and expectations are met.
  • Perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Complete additional job duties as requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year in a related field.
  • Supervisory Experience: Minimum of 1 year.
  • License or Certification: None required.
