We are building our AI for Finance capability across MENA to meet the rapidly growing client demand for AI-enabled finance transformation. The successful candidate will assist the company teams in delivering AI-enabled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) solutions to clients quickly and at scale. The role involves moving finance functions from historical reporting to future-oriented strategies through driver-based forecasting, variance intelligence, scenario planning, and autonomous insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI/ML-driven FP&A solutions, enhancing predictive and probabilistic forecasting and generating actionable insights.
- Automate management reporting and variance analysis.
- Build trusted data foundations across ERPs and finance tools, ensuring data quality for reliable AI outputs.
- Engage with CFO-level stakeholders to demystify AI and drive its adoption through effective change management.
- Support the development of the company's Finance.AI capabilities in MENA, including methodologies and proposals.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in FP&A processes or finance transformation.
- Proficiency in Python/SQL, with familiarity in AI/ML and predictive analytics.
- Strong data literacy and ability to interpret AI insights for financial decision-making.
- Prior experience in consulting, transformation, or client-facing roles, preferably with MENA regional exposure.
- Relevant qualifications in finance, data science, or related fields.
