Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Support the refresh of the company MENA Consulting strategy, conducting market research and internal performance analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
- Operating Model & Governance: Develop, refresh, and document operating model components, creating materials for establishing new models.
- Strategic Programs & Initiatives: Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives across MENA Consulting, coordinating among different departments and tracking progress.
- Leadership Enablement & Communications: Prepare presentations for the Consulting Leadership Team and draft internal updates and strategic communications.
- Insight, Analysis & Decision Support: Provide inputs into performance dashboards and collaborate on analyzing KPIs and market trends.
Role Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in developing strategies and operating models for large organizations.
- Client-facing consulting experience with exposure to transformation and consulting topics.
- Strong academic background, with a Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
