It ensures that all personnel, systems, and processes function efficiently and comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and authority regulations. The position provides leadership to the security team, supports incident management and compliance, and contributes to maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities include overseeing daily security operations across all sites, ensuring effective staff deployment, monitoring incident handling and reporting, ensuring compliance with SOPs and local authority regulations, preparing sites for audits, reviewing operational practices for improvements, and preparing incident reports for management updates.

Ideal candidates should possess a college undergraduate degree with relevant certifications in physical security or a related field, have 5-7 years of experience in physical security operations (preferably in banking or corporate settings), exhibit strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a sound understanding of security procedures and incident management. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred. This is a full-time position with a flexible work policy allowing for remote work when suitable.
