Responsibilities
- Provide support for:
- Enterprise IP Telephony
- Contact Center platforms
- IPC dealing room systems
- Video Conferencing solutions
- AV solutions
- Voice recording systems
- Call quality monitoring systems
- Conduct administration and monitoring of communication systems to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement project support as necessary.
- Maintain documentation and information related to systems and processes.
- Tune and optimize performance of systems to enhance service availability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing Unified Communications and Collaboration systems.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise IP Telephony, Contact Center solutions, and related technologies.
- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and successfully optimize performance of systems.
- Experience with video conferencing and AV solutions, as well as voice recording and call monitoring systems.
