Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into impactful data and AI solutions.
- Design, build, and deploy scalable data pipelines, architectures, and AI models.
- Develop and implement machine learning models, NLP solutions, and predictive analytics use cases.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with governance frameworks.
- Leverage cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) to architect and deploy modern data platforms and AI solutions.
- Support data strategy and modernization projects, including migration, transformation, and visualization.
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business consultants to deliver end-to-end AI and data projects.
- Stay current with emerging trends in data engineering, AI, and generative AI, applying them to improve client outcomes.
- Contribute to proposal development, solution design, and knowledge sharing across the team.
- For Assistant Manager: 5-7 years of experience; For Manager: 6-9 years of experience.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong technical background in data engineering, analytics, or AI solution delivery.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with data processing and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Databricks, Hadoop).
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and storytelling with data.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and global teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI solution implementation (preferably in a consulting environment).
- Experience working on large-scale digital or AI transformation programs is an advantage.
- Strong client engagement and stakeholder management experience.
