As part of a high-performing team, your role will involve delivering exceptional client service that creates intuitive solutions for key digital transformation programs. You will have the opportunity to incubate new digital transformation services propositions and initiatives across the Middle East and Africa, Europe, or India, while working with high-performing teams both locally and internationally. Travel to clients abroad will be required.
This hands-on role involves delivering technology programs, shaping outcomes, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our digital practice. If you have experience in multi-disciplinary digital and innovation projects, and have collaborated with various stakeholders while mentoring others, this role may be a perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client projects, shape deliverables, manage client relationships, and contribute to proposals and bids.
- Understand client businesses, develop actionable strategies, and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Conduct agile project delivery and manage sales pipelines, identifying opportunities within existing clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical major.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in consulting, with a focus on digital strategy or data strategy.
- Experience in product or project management, and innovation.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with technical disciplines such as Systems/Web/Software Development, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Experience in the Government sector and transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of customer experience design and agile product development.
