Position

To build you as an Assistant in creating specialist documents such as test reports, check lists, assembly, and commissioning instructions in the business unit/sub-unit, ensuring and evaluating the empirical values from assembly. You'll maintain good contact with the partners in the business unit to exchange information and advise customers regarding possible prophylactic measures for avoiding disturbances in installations and attachment components. Continuously provide information to your superior on the requirements profile of the assembly personnel and the personnel needs while extending technical and general knowledge. You'll keep complete and clear documentation of current projects and advise partners in assembly-related matters. The job holder is responsible for the quality of his or her work and monitors the observance of the QA requirements, advocating for continuous improvement of processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Project preparation, including creation of PT for the PM and process documentation.
  • Assembly planning by creating a detailed sequence program with project-relevant activities and personnel planning.
  • Creation of the scheduling in consultation with the customer and PM, and determining required assembly tools.
  • Ensuring timely procurement and shipping of necessary materials to the construction site.
  • Regulation of responsibilities, information paths, and working relationships between project participants and the construction site.
  • Supporting personnel assigned for the project duration and managing a to-do list.
  • Continuous checking of accrued costs through comparison of budget and actual costs in SAP.
  • Handling of insurance cases after consultation with the insurer and responsible project manager.
  • Advising and supporting employees at the construction site in organizational and technical matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • Previous working experience of less than 7 years with GIS preferred.
  • Previous experience with SF6 gas handling.
  • PGHV transmission & sub-transmission GIS product knowledge preferred.
  • Capability to use MS Project professionally.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required.
