Responsibilities:
- Support project delivery by updating plans, tracking changes, and preparing handover documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to uphold quality, safety, and wellbeing standards.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions.
- Assist in managing risks, sustainability goals, and third-party engagements.
- Manage project technical services and resources, delivering objectives in line with the Project Plan.
- Ensure robust governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination while managing time, cost, risk, and quality.
- Support senior project managers with programme delivery, procurement, and contract administration.
- Oversee meetings, site reviews, documentation, change control, and handover requirements.
- Manage consultants, contractors, and supply chain performance across scope, fees, and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Working towards or holding MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS (or local equivalent).
- Developing project management and construction knowledge.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
