Position

About the Role
As part of the quality engineering team, you will support various New Product Introduction (NPI) activities. Your responsibilities will include documenting project progress, conducting inspections, and collecting and organizing test data. You'll also assist in compiling essential quality documents and actively track production quality issues, ensuring effective communication between production, engineering, and suppliers for timely solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support QE engineer on new project NPI activities: document review, sample tracking, first‑article inspection follow‑up, test data collection & sorting.
  • Assist in compiling quality documents: control plan, FMEA, inspection SOP, quality report, 8‑D report draft preparation.
  • Track production quality abnormal issues: collect defect photos, failure data, coordinate with production/engineering/supplier for countermeasure implementation, and track improvement status.
  • Support incoming, in‑process & outgoing quality verification; assist IQC/OQC for sample re‑check and evidence keeping.
  • Conduct regular quality data statistics: defect rate, reject rate, monthly quality KPI raw data sorting.
  • Support customer quality related work: sort customer complaint information, organize complaint records, and assist QE in preparing customer reply materials.
  • Participate in internal quality audits, QCC activities, and follow up on non‑conformity item closure.
  • Complete other temporary tasks assigned by QE supervisor.

Requirements

  • A background or degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and analyze data efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with various teams.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and documentation is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Additional locations may include Saudi Arabia.
  • This role may require participation in various quality activities and audits.
