Responsibilities
- Support QE engineers in new project NPI activities including:
- Document review
- Sample tracking
- First-article inspection follow-up
- Test data collection and sorting
- Assist in compiling quality documents:
- Control plan
- FMEA
- Inspection SOP
- Quality report
- Draft preparation for 8-D reports
- Track production quality abnormal issues by collecting defect photos and failure data, coordinating with production, engineering, and suppliers for implementing countermeasures, and tracking improvement status.
- Support incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality verification; assist IQC/OQC teams with sample re-checks and evidence documentation.
- Conduct regular quality data statistics, including defect rates, reject rates, and monthly quality KPI raw data sorting.
- Support customer quality-related work:
- Sort customer complaint information
- Organize complaint records
- Assist QE with preparation of customer response materials
- Participate in internal quality audits, QCC activities, and non-conformity item follow-ups and closures.
- Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the QE supervisor.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) to facilitate communication and documentation.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with quality engineering principles and practices is preferred.
- Willingness to collaborate and work in a team-oriented environment.
