We are looking for motivated and customer-focused UAE Nationals to join our Wholesale Banking team as an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) – Corporate Banking. What You Will Do:
- Support the Corporate Banking Coverage team with day-to-day client servicing and operational activities.
- Assist with corporate account opening, profile maintenance, transfers, fixed deposit placements, and other client requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client enquiries and ensuring timely resolution of requests.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processing of client transactions.
- Support relationship managers in managing customer portfolios and maintaining accurate client records.
- Promote digital banking solutions and support clients in adopting online banking services.
- Assist in preparing management reports, presentations, and portfolio-related information.
- Ensure compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- UAE National (Family Book required).
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interest in Corporate Banking, Relationship Management, and Financial Services.
- Previous banking, customer service, or client-facing experience would be advantageous.
