About the Role
Develop and manage business from assigned CIS source markets to drive revenue and market share for the company's portfolio in the GCC region. The role manages an assigned account portfolio, develops new partnerships, and supports the execution of regional sales strategies in close coordination with hotel commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account action plans to achieve assigned revenue, room night, and business development targets.
  • Manage relationships with tour operators, wholesalers, travel agencies, destination management companies, and other relevant partners.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while increasing production from existing accounts.
  • Conduct sales calls, market visits, and product presentations to strengthen relationships and portfolio awareness.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts within approved parameters, obtaining authorization where required.
  • Work with Revenue Management and hotel Sales teams on seasonal offers, tactical promotions, allocations, and release periods.
  • Monitor account production, booking pace, cancellations, and seasonal demand, recommending actions to address performance gaps.
  • Coordinate familiarisation trips, partner training, site inspections, trade shows, and roadshows.
  • Support joint marketing activities with key partners and evaluate their commercial results.
  • Track source-market developments, air connectivity, travel patterns, and competitor activity to inform sales priorities.
  • Coordinate partner inquiries and resolve service or booking concerns with the relevant hotel departments.
  • Support the preparation of market forecasts, sales budgets, and regional business reviews.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, account development plans, and sales opportunity pipelines.
  • Cross-sell the GCC portfolio and ensure business opportunities are shared with the appropriate hotels.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to sales support colleagues where assigned and assist the regional sales lead with wider market initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of relevant hotel or travel trade sales experience, including experience with CIS markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and achieve sales targets.
  • Established relationships with relevant travel trade partners are an advantage.
  • Understanding of luxury resorts, all-inclusive products, hotel contracting, and distribution.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent English and Russian; additional relevant market languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
