Assistant Sales Manager, Leisure

About the Role
As the Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure, you will play a key role in developing and managing leisure business for the company. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, your focus will be on driving revenue and strengthening key market relationships within the leisure segment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and believes in the power of a warm welcome and genuine service in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, and travel agencies.
• Identify new leisure business opportunities and cultivate existing accounts.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and account reviews.
• Achieve assigned revenue and room-night targets.
• Support the processes of contracting, rate negotiations, promotions, and seasonal offers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and account performance.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue, Reservations, and Marketing teams to maximize business opportunities.
• Participate in trade shows, roadshows, sales missions, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account details, and performance updates.
• Represent the hotel professionally, promoting its products and services within your assigned markets.
