Roles and Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of project management for the highest impact and most strategic projects and programs within the organization.
- Lead the EPMO team’s A.I. transformation hands-on by developing new tools, automations, and products that enhance productivity and provide management insights.
- Design, build, and maintain A.I. agents and automated workflows, ensuring their adoption, data governance, and continuous improvement.
- Establish frameworks for managing initiatives, which include methodologies, tools, and organizational structures.
- Prioritize initiatives for implementation and ensure alignment with the overall strategy.
- Determine key steps and milestones for implementing initiatives in coordination with Business Owners.
- Identify interdependencies between initiatives and manage risks and escalations both individually and collectively.
- Report project progress, achievements, interdependencies, risks, and challenges to Management.
- Provide support to business owners and sponsors in enhancing the quality of project plans and related artifacts.
- Review quality and performance reports, and perform Quality Assurance on all initiative deliverables and outputs.
- Manage and monitor change requests to ensure adherence to approved policies.
- Support the delivery and monitoring of ad hoc strategic and special business projects.
- Conduct research, analysis, and other strategic activities in collaboration with the Strategy team as business needs arise.
Qualification and Experience
Related Year of Experience:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a Project Management Office role.
- Experience in managing the complete lifecycle of projects with teams of 5 or more stakeholders.
Field of Experience:
- Experience building and deploying A.I. tools, agents, or automations for business use.
- Demonstrated leadership in implementing A.I. initiatives from ideation to post-closing phases.
- Background in managing PMO within the Real Estate sector or corporate departments.
Technical and Interpersonal Skills
- Development of A.I. agents and tools (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering).
- Proficient in coding with Python and SQL; experienced with APIs and data integration.
- Proficiency in Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure.
- Knowledgeable in Project Management, Agile delivery, and Strategic Planning.
- Strong stakeholder management skills alongside capabilities in Research and Analysis.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or relevant fields.
- A.I. and PMP certification are advantageous.
